Highline Lofts proudly embraces a pet friendly environment, welcoming both cats and dogs.  Our pet friendly apartments ensure that you and your furry companions feel right at home with cozy spaces to stretch out and relax.  Envision your new home at Highline Lofts pet friendly apartments in Aurora.

We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment, with no weight limit. 

Pet Rent: $35/per apartment.  Pet Deposit: $350/per apartment.

Life is fun for our four-legged friends at Highline Lofts pet-friendly apartments. Our spacious loft apartments offer room to roam, and the perfect spot to catch a midday nap. Our on-site green spaces and nearby neighborhood dog parks make for fun outdoor adventures with your furry friend. Breed restrictions apply.

Restrictions: The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull), Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, wolf/restricted breed mix. Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed.  Management must approve all animals.  Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile.
